New Free Summer Course: Strength & Stillness

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new funded class: Strength & Stillness – a gentle, guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind in a safe, supported environment.
What is Strength & Stillness?
This 45-minute class blends resistance-based bodyweight exercises with calming breathwork and guided visualisation to create a well-rounded wellness session that supports both mental and physical health.
Class Breakdown:
- 20 mins – Strength: Gentle resistance-based movement to build functional strength
- 10 mins – Balance: Exercises focused on stability and posture
- 15 mins – Breathwork & Stretch: Calming, guided visualisation and stretching
